Automation made by KADIA: The latest solution for combined deburring and handling of workpieces are multifunctional Deburr-Automation-Cells.
The centerpiece is a robot that performs not only the individual deburring operations, but also all the handling of the workpieces. Which means it loads and unloads a machining center and, if necessary, other connected production units, such as washing or quality stations. The possibilities are extremely diverse.
KADIA designs the Deburr-Automation-Cells according to customer requirements in such a way that all processes are carried out during the machining center's main working time thus ensuring that the deburring time is no additional factor in the overall production time. The quality of deburring also favors the cells: each individual workpiece is deburred consistently and, if required, from six sides.
The KADIA scope of supply includes all components, i.e. robots, grippers, deburring stations, housing, conveyors and the like. The complete programming of the processes and the connection of the robot to the existing infrastructure are also included. The user receives a complete solution from a single source.
KADIA also emphasizes ease of operation. The robot can therefore be moved from any possible sequence interruption to the home position with the push of a button. The operator consequently does not need in-depth robot training.
The KADIA Deburr-Automation-Cells have already proven themselves several times in operator-free machining of six sides. As a result, both the deburring quality and the output of the production line have been significantly increased - with a reduction in manpower of up to two thirds.

The honing process requires thorough cooling, flushing and lubrication of the machining area. Only then can the high quality requirements for honed bores be achieved in a reliable process.
