High chip removal capacity for optimal results
Outstanding honing results require optimal abrasives and high-performance coolant-lubricants.
We use only KADIA-developed diamond and CBN abrasive stones with high chip removal capacity as well as matching honing oils.
The compact honing stones with steel base and integrated expansion profile are individually adapted to the tools and produced ready-for-assembly.
The standard honing stones with steel base or fully sintered are applied either directly on the honing tool body or on a stone carrier.
The ring segment honing stones are produced individually and mounted horizontally on a shell-type honing tool.
Honing stones for high-performance machining
The honing stones applied are multi-layered metal-bonded diamond and CBN abrasives, which provide maximum machining precision, high material removal rates and high production quantities.

The KADIA product program includes honing stones in standard, compact and ring segment version. The structure of each honing stone is application-specific and is precisely matched to the requirements of our customers.
Economical abrasive stones for high material removal performance
The galvanically bonded CBN and diamond abrasives are applied in one layer directly on the tool body. Advantage: excellent cutting behavior due to high grain protrusion and cool machining due to good heat removal – and at a very economical cost.
KADIA uses electroplated abrasives for micro and special tools as well as for the cost-effective KADIA honing shafts.
KADIOL HONING OIL
Provides extra flushing action
KADIOL honing oils are developed for precision honing and are precisely matched to the KADIA abrasives. Their special additives improve the formation of chips and their rapid discharge. The self-sharpening effect of the abrasives is optimally supported and prevents the abrasive stones from loading up.
